By accessing or using My Chain Link ("the Service", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. Registration requires a date of birth confirming you are at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

You retain ownership of all content you post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these terms or that we deem objectionable, at our sole discretion and without notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate content standards.
We respond to valid copyright takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act and Canada's Copyright Act, and we maintain a repeat-infringer termination policy, as described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy. If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, follow the procedure on that page.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required.
Subscriptions are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge your selected payment method. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account.
New subscribers may be eligible for a 7-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited to one per user.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused trial periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at the email below.
Premium creators may set their own subscription prices for exclusive content. 100% of what fans pay goes directly to the creator. My Chain Link does not take a percentage of creator earnings. We only charge the monthly platform fee. Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations and compliance with applicable laws.
The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, is owned by My Chain Link or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The My Chain Link name, logo, and tagline are trademarks of Kendal Symes. All rights reserved.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your User Content, connections, messages, and account data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for the conduct of other users or the accuracy of User Content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MY CHAIN LINK AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Chain Link and Kendal Symes from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at the email address below. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, either party may pursue formal remedies.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
