My Chain Link

1. Creators Own Their Content

On My Chain Link, your content is yours. Every creator keeps full ownership of the photos, videos, posts, and messages they create. We never claim ownership of your work. By posting, you give My Chain Link a license to display your content on the platform, nothing more.

2. Respect Other People's Work

Only post content you created or have the right to share. My Chain Link is camera-first for a reason: content is captured live through the camera, with no gallery uploads and no filter stack. That keeps the platform authentic and keeps reposted or stolen media off the feed.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on My Chain Link infringes your copyright, email support@mychainlink.ca with:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work
• A link to the content on My Chain Link, or enough detail for us to find it
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner
• Your physical or electronic signature

We review every complete notice and remove or disable access to infringing content promptly.

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email us at support@mychainlink.ca with your contact information, the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was an error. We will review and restore content when appropriate.

5. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are suspended or terminated.
