My Chain Link

1. Premium Subscription

My Chain Link Premium costs $10.99 CAD per month. Every new Premium subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your PayPal subscription begins billing monthly on its own.

2. Billing and Cancellation

• All payments are processed by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal balance or with a Visa or Mastercard through PayPal guest checkout.
• Premium renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel any time from your PayPal account or from Settings in the app. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the paid period ends.
• We do not store your card or bank details on our servers.

3. Creator Subscriptions

• Creators set their own monthly subscription price in CAD.
• Fans pay creators directly through PayPal. My Chain Link never holds creator money.
• Creators keep 100% of their subscription price. My Chain Link takes no cut and charges no platform fee on creator earnings.
• A creator subscription is a recurring agreement between the fan and the creator. Manage or cancel it from your PayPal account.

4. Refunds

Because access is digital and instant, completed payments are generally not refundable. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us at support@mychainlink.ca within 7 days and we will make it right where we can. The 7-day free trial can always be cancelled before it converts, at no cost.

5. Price Changes

If the Premium price ever changes, we will announce it in the app and in these terms before it applies to your next billing period. Creator prices are controlled by each creator, and creators must notify their subscribers before changing a price.

6. Chargebacks and Abuse

Filing a payment dispute while continuing to use paid features may result in account suspension. If a charge looks wrong, talk to us first. We respond fast.
