Data Deletion
Take everything with you. Here is exactly what goes, and how to start it.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from My Chain Link at any time. When you delete your account, the following happens:
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, bio, location, avatar)
- All posts, photos, and content you created
- All comments and messages you sent
- Your connection/follower relationships
- Your account credentials and authentication data
How to delete your data
- Sign in to your My Chain Link account at mychainlink.ca
- Go to Settings (gear icon in the bottom navigation)
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed immediately.

If you cannot access your account or need assistance with data deletion, email us at support@mychainlink.ca with your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days.
